DISMISSAL UPDATE:
Effective on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 2:20 PM, all 5th Grade students and their siblings will be dismissed on Avenue P , closer to West 13th Street to alleviate the congestion in the school yard. If your 5th Grader has a younger sibling in the P.S 682, the sibling will be dismissed with your 5th Grade child. Please look for the TAOTS 5th Grade Dismissal Line Up Sign.
All other students in grades Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grade will be dismissed in the school yard at 2:20 pm.
UNIFORM POLICY:
Effective Monday, September 20, 2021 ALL TAOTS students are expected to wear their school uniforms daily on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Friday is the only dress down day.
School Uniform: Khaki will be the color of our pants, skirts, skorts, dresses and/or shorts. Students will have the option of wearing white or red polo or rugby shirts/blouses, sweaters and/or vests.
Gym Uniform: Students will wear gray sweatpants and sweatshirts or T-shirts with our school name and/or logo. Parents can purchase the gym uniform through Land’s End.

FRIDAYS: Students have the option of dressing down in their own clothes provided it’s appropriate to school. Uniforms may also be worn if you choose.
PROPER FOOTWEAR:
Effective Monday, September 20, 2021 ALL TAOTS students are expected to wear proper footwear such as sneakers or a sneaker like shoe with an anti-slip sole.
Sneakers must be worn for gym and daily recess. Students that are not wearing proper footwear will not be allowed to participate in gym or recess.
No Crocs, high heels or flip flops, sandals, will be allowed in school for safety reasons.
