- It’s Your School. Your Child. Your Voice! – Please complete your Parent Survey online: https://surveys.panoramaed.com/nycdoe/login Your family access code is “f” followed by your child’s ID#/OSIS. Please complete a Survey for each child by March 25th, 2022. We will also be sending the paper Survey as well if you are unable to complete it online.
